Audley Travel names new CEO
Tailormade tour operator Audley Travel’s CEO Nick Longman is stepping down.
He will move to a senior advisor role after seven years as chief executive.
He is replaced as CEO by Richard Hodgson, who will join the business on 23 March.
Hodgson brings more than 30 years’ experience in the grocery, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, restaurant and franchising sectors.
Most recently, he was Group CEO of Wonderfield, which operates brands such as YO! Sushi.
Richard Prosser, Chairman at Audley Travel, says: “I’d like to thank Nick for his hard work and dedication during his time as CEO. He leaves the business in extremely good shape and with 2025 being our most successful and profitable year to date.”
“It is now the right time to pass the reigns and Richard has the ideal experience with an exceptional track record of building high performing teams.”
“I’m very much looking forward to leading Audley Travel through its next phase of growth and working with the team to deliver extraordinary and exceptional moments across the destinations,” Hodgson added.
