BA and JAL introduce joint fares
British Airways and Japan Airlines have introduced new ‘joint fares’ enabling customers to fly BA one way and JAL the other.
The two airlines have increased their codeshare agreement to routes between Tokyo and London and will introduce the ‘joint fares’ from 1 October.
This means fares will be available from both airlines, originating from either city.
Special promotional fares have been announced for bookings from Japan to Europe during September to celebrate the airlines’ closer working relationship.
