BA ‘commits’ to agents

Sunday, 22 Jun, 2004 0

British Airways says it is boosting its commitment to smaller agents with an email service that keeps them up to date with promotions and services.

BA says that any travel agent that signs up will get regular emails on fare promotions, products, services and details of the airline’s commercial policy during flight disruptions.

Agents need to visit www.batraveltrade.com to register for the free service. Those entering before July 28 will be entered into a draw to win two Club World tickets.

British Airways’ head of UK & Ireland sales and marketing, Tiffany Hall said: ” We will be selective in what we send and agents will only receive information relevant to their business.”
