Bangkok Airways and Air France-KLM team up on loyalty rewards
Starting Oct. 1, 2025, Bangkok Airways and Air France-KLM will link their a loyalty program, letting frequent flyers cash in points or miles for award tickets across both airlines’ networks.
Members of Bangkok Airways’ FlyerBonus and Air France-KLM’s Flying Blue programs can consequently redeem rewards for economy or business class travel. FlyerBonus members gain access to Air France-KLM’s global routes through the hubs at Paris–Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam–Schiphol.
Flying Blue members, meanwhile, can book Bangkok Airways flights to popular Thai destinations—such as Koh Samui, Sukhothai, Chiang Mai, Trat, and Phuket—as well as key ASEAN route.
In another development, Bangkok Airways announced to reduce its service to the Maldives. The airline will suspend its four weekly flights from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi to Male from December 19, 2025 to February 28, 2026.
