Bare if you believe!
Finally, a cheeky little number to warm you on what is a pretty miserable winter’s day in England … Florida is set for the opening of its very first Christian nudist camp. According to a report in The Independent newspaper, Natura, near the city of Tampa, will have a focus “as much on God as the body parts of your fellow holidaymakers”, and the atmosphere will be “charged with godliness, not sex”. The newspaper reports that the project is the brainchild of Bill Martin, a Quaker who paid USD1.6 million for the existing park. He intends to build a church, and a water park for children, in the near future. The Independent suggests that, in theory, there will be “none of the shenanigans-in-the-shrubbery normally associated with no-clothing colonies”. Nobody in the News From Abroad office has a clue what the newspaper is referring to, of course. For more details on the resort visit http://www.naturaresorts.com/Index.html
