Batik Air takes aim at AirAsia Super App
The row over AirAsia’s Super App has broadened.
Batik Air is demanding AirAsia removes all its fare content from the AA app.
Batik Air says it didn’t give its consent and has signed no agreement with AirAsia.
It says this is the case for all Batik affiliated airlines in the Lion Air Group – Lion Air, Batik Air Indonesia, Wing’s Air, and Super Air Jet.
The Super App offers a full OTA style suite of travel services such as hotels, AirAsia flight tickets and bookings for countless other airlines.
Batik Air said it will take ‘legal redress’ if AirAsia doesn’t comply.
