BCD Travel opens new office in Bangalore

Travel management company BCD Travel has opened its latest office in India with a new business travel centre in Bangalore.
 
BcD Travel has been present in India for more than 15 years and its second office in Bangalore supports the company’s commitment to innovation and growth in the region and in India as a whole.
 
Bangalore is India’s tech powerhouse and Asia’s answer to Silicon Valley.
 
"To deliver innovative travel solutions to our growing client base in India, we’re continuing our investment in state-of-the-art facilities," said Greg O’Neil, BcD Travel president for Asia Pacific during an inauguration ceremony of the office.
 
"The new centre is our second facility in Bangalore, joining our multinational service centre, established in 2007. The new Bangalore office will employ up to 120 people and will service our customers in southern India."
 
The company has a workforce of 800 in India at additional business travel centres in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad and Trivandrum.
 
"Our client retention rate in India of over 97% reflects our commitment to deliver the highest calibre of service. We’re committed to powering our customer’s success by making the most of their travel investment," said Ajay Bali, managing director for India.
