Belfast City Airport sold
Airport operator BAA’s Spanish parent company has agreed to sell Belfast City Airport for £132.5 million.
Madrid-based Ferrovial is to sell the airport to an ABN Amro global infrastructure fund five years after it was acquired from Canadian aerospace group Bombardier for £43 million.
The Northern Ireland airport handles around two million passengers a year, mainly serving the UK mainland and France.
