Belmond opens central reservations office in Manila
Luxury travel and hospitality firm Belmond has opened a new central reservations office in Manila, Philippines, seeking to capture more of the key Asia Pacific market.
To support the new call centre, new toll-free telephone numbers have been opened for 12 countries including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, New Zealand, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand.
This means customers are no longer limited to US or European time zones.
Opening ours are 4am – 9pm Manila time Monday to Friday with fluent speakers in English, Mandarin and Japanese able to plan and book tailor made trips.
Belmond has a continued focus on Asia-Pacific, with the recent extensive renovation of Belmond La Residence d’Angkor and new guest programmes including art, entertainment and F&B aboard Belmond’s luxury Eastern & Oriental Express rail service.
