Blue Air asks passengers to help choose next Liverpool route
Blue Air is asking passengers to help choose the next destination it flies to from Liverpool Airport.
A year after the airline asked customers to design the livery of its first UK-based aircraft, it’s now inviting them to suggest destinations they would like to see in next year’s summer schedule.
Travellers who suggested the new destination eventually chosen by the airline will all go into a draw to win two tickets to their chosen destination.
Travellers can submit their request on the airline’s dedicated website page.
Elena Signorelli, sales and marketing manager for North West UK, said" "This is a great opportunity for us as to get to know the local people and to help Blue Air choose a new destination for next summer, which they could then win free flights to.
"We have said since day one that we want to be seen as the region’s airline, and there’s no better way to demonstrate this by asking passengers where they would like us to fly to next."
Earlier this month German airline, Eurowings, claimed to be the first airline to allow customers to choose the next destination on its expanding network.
It has given passengers the choice of 10 potential new destinations and they can vote for their favourite on vote-and-fly.com.
