Duration 1 hour
KDS, European leader in on-demand Travel & Expense solutions, continues its Webcast Series with a presentation on Boston Scientific, the World’s largest medical device company dedicated to less-invasive therapies.
Register to chat with European finance director, Volker Spichal, who has driven Boston Scientific’s implementation of KDS’s T&E end-to-end solution throughout the region.
Volker will discuss Boston Scientific’s motivations for choosing an on-demand solution and its observations on how to introduce such a system efficiently across multiple markets. In particular, he will focus on the need to establish clear communication between the company, T&E partner and TMC; the vital importance of the project design phase and of data standardization; and the need to tailor automated business processes to local operating environments.
In addition, Volker will discuss how an end-to-end T&E solution may be integrated with an ERP system, and how such an approach can help a business achieve Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
This event follows previous presentations by Lynne Lawrence of MMC, Cyriaque Benoist of Alcatel, and James Westgarth of Airbus.
We are looking forward to meeting you
