Brazil launches online training programme
Brazil is stepping up its training for UK travel agents with the launch of a new online programme and the promise of more fam trips next year.
The new online training programme will be available on the VBRATA Visit Brasil Travel Association website www.vbrata.org from the first week of October.
"Ahead of both the World Cup and the Olympics, this is a great opportunity for travel agents to become more knowledgeable about selling Brazil," said a spokesman.
There are two training modules, one for the country in general and one for the northeast state of Pernambuco. On completion, agents will receive a certificate and a Brazil goodie bag.
EMRATUR said it was planning to offer ‘many more’ fam trip places for travel agents next year.
