Brilliant Travel in recruitment push
Brilliant Travel is looking to recruit a dedicated trainer to co-ordinate training and development.
The role will cover all homeworkers and Managed Service Travel Partners of Brilliant Travel, a division of Scottish-based Barrhead Travel.
The move is part of Brilliant Travel’s plans to double its business by the end of 2018.
In the last four years, since director Linda Pyle joined as director, the division has doubled the number of homeworkers and MSTP members.
Late 2017 saw a rebrand that positioned Brilliant Travel as a standalone division to ‘highlight the strength of the brand’.
The team was expanded with two new business development managers – Daniel Steabler and Rebecca Price.
Pyle said it was now stepping up its recruitment drive.
"We are committed to an active expansion of our network," she said.
"Our figures are the proof of what can be achieved when passionate and knowledgeable people work together in pursuit of success. Now more than ever, the usual 9-6 plus commute doesn’t fit or fulfil people and many are looking for flexible career options."
