British Airways claims First success
British Airways claims its new £100m First cabin, now installed on over half of its designated Boeing 747 and 777s, has been well received by passengers.
It said customer satisfaction scores for the new First cabin were at the highest they have ever been. The revamped cabin is now flying most regularly on the London to New York route.
Agents who want to see what their customers will get for their money can view the premium service on a new film on ba.com/first.
