British Airways Speedbird Club relaunched
British Airways says that travel agents can now enjoy a new and improved experience at BA’s dedicated travel trade website, British Airways Speedbird Club.
The relaunched website has a refreshing new look and feel, designed with enhanced interactivity aimed at providing travel agents with faster, round-the-clock access to all the information they need on British Airway products, services and policies.
“Our objective in revamping British Airways Speedbird Club is to help our travel trade partners improve the quality of service they offer to their customers, from the moment customers enquire about a flight to the actual journey,” said British Airways regional general manager Roger Burr.
New features of British Airways Speedbird Club include:

Exisiting members to British Airways Speedbird Club will have their membership transferred.
