British tourist shot dead in Jamaica

A British tourist was shot and killed in Jamaica.

Sean Patterson, 33, from London was found with multiple gunshot wounds at a resort in St James.

Jamaica Police said he was standing by the pool when he was chased and shot ‘multiple times’.

Local media said a Kingston man is in custody.

A motive hasn’t been disclosed yet.

The UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office s said they are ‘supporting the family of a British man who died in Jamaica ‘.
