‘Business First’ at Pan Pacific

Tuesday, 29 Jul, 2004 0

The 338-room Pan Pacific San Francisco introduced a Business First program that offers what appears to be one of the most comprehensive programs anywhere for business travelers. Among its personalized services:

• Curbside Business First check-in for pre-qualified guests who are whisked to their rooms immediately on arrival.

• Early arrival and late departure privileges.

• Personalized check-in amenities that may include a glass of wine or fresh fruit.

• A 24-hour personal valet service to accommodate individual requests.

Other services include luxury locker storage rooms, a town car service and even a pillow preference program.

The Pan Pacific, part of a chain of 22 hotels, has a central location near the Financial District in bustling Union Square.
