Canberra…………..boring?

Thursday, 23 Jul, 2007 0

Aimed at dispelling perceptions that Canberra in dull and boring, not only have Canberra tourism officials launched a new drive aimed at dispelling those perceptions, but The Mole has also been there to find out!

While the campaign, which was launched last week in the target markets of Sydney, regional NSW, Brisbane and Adelaide, the Mold went one better than just watch the TV commercials, promoting Canberra’s iconic and what are perceived to be little-known attractions or reading a series of print advertisements that will appear from August, by actually road testing Canberra’s hotels and attractions.

Watch out for TravelMole over this week to find out what’s hot and what’s great in Canberra for that great winter, spring or summer weekend or midweek break.
