Caribbean cruise the prize in Cunard’s biggest ever travel agent contest

Wednesday, 12 Mar, 2025 0

Cunard is offering travel agents the chance to win Caribbean cruise during the line’s biggest ever trade competition.

To be in with a chance of winning, agents need to register and play their customers’ eligible bookings on Shine Rewards Club before 28 March, 2025.

Agents will be able to choose from one of the following four 9-night voyages aboard Queen Elizabeth:

Western Caribbean, 9 nights (Q605)

Western Caribbean, 9 nights (Q607)

Western Caribbean, 9 nights (Q609)

Western Caribbean, 9 nights (Q629)

Cunard will upgrade the trip with a host of extras such as Wi-Fi, a drinks package, shore experiences, return flights and more.

Tom Mahoney, Director of UK Sales at Cunard, said: “We are thrilled to launch our biggest ever travel agent competition.”

“This is our way of recognising the dedication of the trade.”

The 2,000 guest Queen Elizabeth is currently undergoing a makeover in Singapore ahead of her debut Caribbean season sailing from Miami.

The ship will also embark on inaugural Alaska voyages from Seattle.

The ship departs for Hong Kong on 14 March.

Venues such as the Commodore Club, Queens Room, Garden Lounge and The Pavilion have each been revitalised.

Queen Elizabeth’s maiden voyage from Miami to the Caribbean departs on 16 October on a 12-night roundtrip sailing.

Cunard has made it easier to sail using agents’ Shine points by removing its minimum threshold for the number of Shine points travel agents need in order to redeem a Cunard voyage.

Agents can now use any amount of Shine points to book any retail fare type, on any Cunard voyage that is on sale.

The new ‘Cruise with Cunard’ calculator makes it easier to understand how many Shine points are required to book a voyage.

Travel agents can also choose to spend their Shine points on anything listed in the Rewards catalogue.

Agents can visit for the latest Cunard news and information, as well as to earn Shine points for bookings and training.
