Carnival adding second ship at Baltimore
Carnival Cruise Line will add a second homeported ship at Baltimore in late 2027.
The Carnival Miracle will homeport in Baltimore from November 20, 2027, joining Carnival Pride through April 2028.
Miracle will sail a series of week-long and longer cruise to the Eastern Caribbean.
It will also offer longer voyages of up to 14 days to Dominica, Guadeloupe and St. Maarten.
“By giving our guests more variety in itineraries and ships, we’re giving them more reasons to take a Carnival cruise vacation,” said Carnival president Christine Duffy said.
“Baltimore has been an important homeport for Carnival for more than two decades, and we’re excited to continue building on our year-round operations with the addition of Carnival Miracle.”
The 2,100-guest Miracle is currently based in Tampa, and will head to Alaska and Europe before homeporting in Baltimore.
The cruise line also announced Carnival Firenze will homeport in Port Canaveral from the fall of 2027
