Carnival Cruise Line Australia extends pause again
Carnival Cruise Line has yet again pushed back its planned cruise restart in Australia
Now, Carnival Splendor and Carnival Spirit won’t welcome guests until at least early June.
“As the Covid-19 situation continues to evolve, we are sorry to share the news that Carnival Cruise Line is pausing operations for selected Australian sailings,” Carnival Australia said in a website message.
Carnival Spirit’s is now scheduled to return with a South Pacific itinerary on June 5, and Splendor resumes with a short Tangalooma/Moreton Island sailing on June 10.
Guests can apply for a full refund or Future Cruise Credit, as well as onboard credit per cabin of A$450 or A$900, depending on the length of the booked cruise.
