Carnival UK CEO David Dingle is to be the guest speaker at next month’s Scottish Passenger Agents’ Association annual dinner.
The 79th annual dinner takes place on February 26 at the Crowne Plaza in Glasgow.
Dinner convener Roddie MacPhee said: "One of the highlights of the evening is the Address to the Haggis, which will be given by our ever popular president – Jimmy Martin.
“That will be followed by the toast to World Travel & Tourism and the reply this year will be given by David Dingle CBE, the highly respected CEO of Carnival UK.
"Finally, we have great pleasure in welcoming to the ever popular and traditional ‘Travel from the Outside’ slot, Sanjeev Kohli.”
Kohli is a comedian and script writer on radio and television.
The SPAA expects the 79th dinner to be a sell out.
Details can be obtained and application forms downloaded at www.spaa.org or by contacting SPAA Secretary Alisdair Tannahill on 01475 639924 or [email protected]
