Carrier takes on first affiliate
Luxury operator Carrier has announced its first affiliate partnership with new home-based independent travel agent Travel by Abigail
Owned by Abigail McGowen, the business is based in Alderley Edge, Cheshire.
Travel by Abigail has become an authorised agent of Carrier with access to its agency booking system and commercial agreements from the Advantage Travel consortium.
Travel by Abigail also has Preferred Partner status with Carrier, giving enhanced sales support, including over-branded marketing campaigns, educational opportunities and bespoke quote documentation.
Carrier MD Mark Duguid said: "We’re delighted Abigail has chosen to partner her new business with Carrier.
"As a trade-focused brand, we are always keen to develop strong relationships with like-minded agents. This new model allows us to do this whilst simultaneously offering a great solution for the growing number of smaller home-based agents operating in the luxury sector."
A company spokeswoman said Carrier wasn’t planning to add any more affiliates at this stage.
