CDC adds Norway to Covid high risk category
The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has placed Norway into its highest-risk category of travel advisories. The Scandinavian nation moved to ‘Level 4: Covid-19 Very High’ tier even as the country eased many of its domestic Covid-related restrictions.
Bulgaria was also moved into the CDC Level 4 category. If a country records more than 500 cases per 100,000 residents during the past 28 days it is designated ‘very high’ risk, according to current CDC criteria.
