Celestyal cancels more Europe cruises
Celestyal Cruises continues to cancel planned cruises due to its two ships remaining in the Gulf.
The Celestyal Journey and Celestyal Discovery remain stuck in the region waiting for approval to reposition to Europe.
Several short cruises in the Mediterranean have already been cancelled that were scheduled in March and early April.
Additional cruise cancellations have now been announced.
These are short cruises on Celestyal Discovery on 3 April and 6 April.
Also scrapped is a 14-night Med cruise on Celestyal Journey departing on 4 April.
“Due to the current situation, Celestyal has delayed the repositioning of both the Celestyal Discovery and the Celestyal Journey ahead of the start of their Mediterranean program,” the cruise line said.
Guests booked on these departures can claim a full refund or a future cruise credit.
“We continue to monitor developments closely and remain focused on resuming our planned program as soon as possible,” Celestyal added.
