Centara Hotels names new COO
Centara Hotels and Resorts has announced the promotion of long-serving Chris Bailey to chief operating officer.
Bailey, who has been with Centara since 2004, was previously senior vice president of sales and marketing for the hotel group.
Chris is a trusted leader and valued member of the Centara family," said Thirayuth Chirathivat, CEO of Centara Hotels & Resorts.
"It is a pleasure to be able to congratulate Chris in his new role as COO. We look forward to his continued contributions to the success of Centara through innovative and progressive strategies."
Bailey will handle Centara’s operations, sales and marketing functions as the company continues to expand to new markets overseas.
Centara currently has a portfolio of 70 hotels in Thailand, the Maldives, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Bali, Indonesia.
