Centara Hotels & Resorts launches new guest benefits programme
Thai hotel group Centara Hotels & Resorts is rolling out a new guest benefits programme.
Called Centara Privilege Club, members will get access to exclusive perks and discounts focused on hotel stays, F&B, spa services and other lifestyle experiences
It costs 8,000 THB to become a member.
"Centara Privilege Club was created to strengthen the loyalty of Centara’s biggest fans and frequent visitors. It features privileges well suited to our guests’ lifestyles," said Tom Thrussell, Centara VP- brand, marketing & digital.
Privileges will be available at all participating Centara Hotels and Resorts properties across Thailand and is launching in collaboration with Hospitality Marketing Concepts which is a main provider of paid membership loyalty programmes.
Centara currently operates 33 hotels in Thailand.
Centara Privilege Club is separate from Centara’s conventional free to join tiered loyalty programme CentaraThe1.
That has about three million members and CentaraThe1 accrued points can be used to purchase a Centara Privilege Club membership.
