China airlines to delist from New York Stock Exchange
Two Chinese airlines announced said they will exit the New York Stock Exchange,
State backed China Southern Airlines and China Eastern Airlines will delist from the NYSE.
The Shanghai and Hong Kong stock exchanges are sufficient for the airlines’ financing needs, they said.
It follows an exodus of major Chinese corporations ditching New York Stock Exchange listings.
Share trading could end as early as February.
