Chris North returns to travel as CEO of The Big Golf Company
Chris North, former Director of UK-based travel tech firm Vertical Systems, is returning to the travel industry after a six-month sabbatical.
North has been appointed CEO of The Big Golf Company and Director of The Big Journey Company.
They offer bucket list tours and have been operating for over 16 years.
North said “I am thrilled to announce my transition into a new role that merges my enthusiasm for adventure travel and golf.”
“I’m excited for the adventures that lie ahead.”
Sohrab Jahromi, Founder of The Big Journey Company, said, “His energy, drive, and wealth of experience will significantly transform our businesses.”
Additionally, North will continue as a Trustee at ABTA LifeLine.
In this role, he helps to promote positive mental health and wellbeing within the travel industry.
