CityJet launches free flight promise
Docklands-based CityJet is offering passengers free flights if they are not happy with the airline’s service for a trial period.
The new ‘satsifaction guarantee’ is being backed by a regional advertising campaign using the strapline ‘This is How I Fly’ and featuring stories of CityJet passengers.
To support the campaign, CityJet is also launching a competition to find the next ‘face of CityJet’ to star in its adverts. The airline’s Facebook fan page invites passengers to upload their photos and their unique CityJet stories and visitors are asked to vote for the best one.
The entrant with the most votes will become the face of the airline and win two return flights.
