Classic Custom Vacations has introduced a website for its generally upscale customers to completely plan and book their own trips, though it still offers outside travel agent help. “Our new consumer website offers comprehensive online information and the customized, quality service and personal care needed for a luxury vacation,“ said Bob Hohman, CCV president. The site at www.ClassicVacations.com also has available various complimentary upgrades and services such as Hertz Gold Service, private concierges, and first-class air options. Among other services, the company is now offering a concierge-like personal travel specialist who is paired up with individual customers. The company says travelers who prefer coordinating vacations through a travel agent can discover agent contact information on the homepage.
