CLC Leisure gears up for launch of holidays division
CLC Leisure has appointed Max Ali to the newly created post of general manager of CLC Holidays.
He will spearhead the launch of CLC Holidays as CLC Leisure’s consumer and agent brand, operating as a business unit within the Leisure Division headed up by Laurence Hicks.
The focus of CLC Holidays will be to package holidays using CLC-owned resorts around the world and also provide travel agents and homeworkers a gateway for booking CLC resort accommodation.
Ali previously held positions with Peter De Savary Properties, Rocco Forte Hotels and Alitalia.
He also worked with The Magic Travel Group prior to its acquisition by TUI.
CLC Leisure is the newly established holiday rentals division of CLC World.
The company was founded in 1984 and has 12 mixed-use resorts worldwide, in England, Scotland, Austria, mainland Spain, Tenerife, Turkey and the USA.
