CLIA announces trade sales webinars
Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) is running two live webinars for the trade early next month, covering sales opportunities in 2022.
The sessions will highlight new itineraries and products, as well as trends and new year projections to help support agent insight.
The webinars, which are free for CLIA members, will be hosted alongside representatives from the CLIA Trade Engagement Working Group.
The first discussion, on December 1, will cover ocean cruise and the second, on December 2, will cover river, expedition and luxury cruise.
Both will start at 9.30 and last for one hour.
CLIA have hosted the webinars previously, most recently in 2019, and have re-introduced them following demand from the trade.
Andy Harmer, Managing Director for CLIA UK & Ireland, said: "With the peak wave period on the horizon, we’ve re-established our Trade Engagement Working Group sessions to give agents the information and understanding to boost their 2022 sales.
"With so much to look forward to next year, including new cruise lines, ships, itineraries and destinations, we want the trade to be as well-equipped as possible to support their customers."
