Complete Cruise Solution hosted almost 200 of their top producing travel agents from Australia and New Zealand at the recent Partnership Summit on P&O Cruises’ Pacific Jewel May 7-10.
Travel agents were kept busy throughout three nights at sea on Pacific Jewel, attending business sessions in which P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises and Cunard Line all made major announcements.
Key speakers at the sixth Partnership Summit included Carnival Australia CEO Ann Sherry and Senior Vice President Jenny Lourey, Princess Cruises President and CEO Alan Buckelew and Executive Vice President Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Jan Swartz and Complete Cruise Solution Director of Sales Don Clark.
Speaking at the summit, Don Clark said that 2009 had been a very successful year for partnership agents, with the group performing well above the general market.
More than 80 per cent of travel agents who participated in the last summit, held in November 2008 on Sun Princess, took part again in 2010.
