Creative Holidays has launched a new phone number
Creative Holidays has launched a new phone number, 131 222, which allows agents to call from wherever they are on the one single number to reach the experienced Creative Holidays team for assistance.
The new number is easy to remember and will direct agents through clear and easy menu options, ensuring calls are channelled to the right area and to the right people, simply and quickly.
It couldn’t be easier. So, consultants no longer need to remember, or find multiple numbers to contact Creative, it’s now as simple as 131 222.
Andrew Yell, general manager, product, sales and marketing, Creative Holidays said, “We want to simplify the way we work and ensure the trade find dealing with us easy and efficient. This new single number is all you need to reach any of our staff in reservations or the support areas.
“We understand consultants are busy and this number means one less thing to remember, because no matter what agents need they can get to the right person by calling 131 222.
“It’s all about choice. We have invested in new technology and systems making it easier for our customers to work smarter and more efficiently with Creative.”
To remind agents that dealing with Creative is now simpler than ever Creative Holidays have produced key board stickers as a reminder of this new facility.
Agents should contact their local business development manager to get their hands on the keyboard stickers.
