Cruise line prepares agents for Viewdata switch
Training executives at Royal Caribbean Cruise Line are visiting agents in areas with high Viewdata usage in the next two weeks.
Members of the cruise line’s Cruising for Excellence team hope to prepare agents for when Viewdata is switched off in early 2009.
They will offer advice and support about the company’s online booking tool CruiseMatch’ via a tour to 25 locations on a PC Coach.
The coach is equipped with onboard computers and gives agents the chance to put into practise what they have learned.
Agents who visit the coach will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a cruise during 2009.
The tour kicks off in Glasgow and will visit a total of 13 towns and cities, including Kilmarnock, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Dunstable, Milton Keynes, Huddersfield, Bristol, Southampton, Peterborough, Basildon, Romford and Telford.
Limited places are still available at some of the venues. For further information and to check availability in your area call 01932 834290 or email [email protected].
