Crystal launches new website and marketing campaign
Luxury line Crystal has rolled out a new website and unveiled a new brand campaign.
The new site is more responsive, offering a dynamic new design for desktop and mobile.
There are more features to enhance the trip planning process with high-res photos and video content and better search functionality based on the destination, departure date, cruise duration, and specific ship.
"Every facet of the Crystal Experience is showcased beautifully throughout this new format, creating an immersive, illustrative adventure for travelers before they’ve even booked their voyage," says Carmen Roig, SVP of marketing and sales.
Users can personalize preferences to easily access saved future voyages and excursions.
There is also a location based travel advisor search tool.
Crystal has also launched a new marketing campaign called ‘Where Luxury is Personal.’
The campaign covers all Crystal brands – Crystal Cruises, Crystal River Cruises, Crystal Yacht & Expedition Cruises, Crystal Luxury Air and Crystal AirCruises.
It kicks off this month across print and digital platforms.
"Travel is extremely personal to those who crave exploration, and global luxury travel has always been personal to Crystal," Roig added.
