Friday, 09 May, 2013 0

In a world of social networks, Crystal Cruises is betting that the best source of new customers is old customers.

Beginning this month, it is offering up to $1,600 in shipboard credits to cruisers who bring their friends along.

Crystal’s new Bonus Share the Experience program rewards guests on 14 cruises from October, 2013, to February, 2014, for new bookings made by their friends.

Crystal guests get $400 for each new-to-Crystal guest who sails on the same cruise, in a separate stateroom, up to $1,600 per person.

Their friends, too, receive a $400 bonus shipboard credit each, up to $800 per stateroom.

Bonus-applicable Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony voyages are:

  • Mediterranean: Oct 17 & Nov 2, 2013
  • New England/Canada: Oct 23, 2013
  • South America: Nov 23 & Dec 9, 2013
  • Trans-Ocean: Dec 9, 2013 & Jan 18, 2014
  • South Pacific/Asia: Feb 16 to Apr 9, 2014 cruises on Crystal Symphony; Feb 10 & 22, 2014 voyages on Crystal Serenity

All-inclusive Bonus Share the Experience sailings start at $2,960 per person, double occupancy, if booked by June 28, 2013.
