Crystal rolls out new agent tools with updated Partner Resource Center
Luxury line Crystal has unveiled a new Partner Resource Center.
Formerly the Travel Agent Center, it has debuted with added functionality and an enhanced collection of agent materials and tools.
It includes access to training videos and webinars, a sales and marketing kit, special offers and travel partner fares.
"Our commitment to empowering our travel partners to grow their luxury business is stronger than ever, and we are happy to continue investing in the best tools to lead everyone to success," said Carmen Roig, Crystal’s marketing and sales SVP.
"As Crystal’s own portfolio of luxury travel experiences grows, it affords an unprecedented opportunity for partners to reach new clientele with vacation options tailored to their interests."
In addition, Crystal has enhanced the training modules at the Travel Agent University to better align each of its distinctive brand experiences across the luxury portfolio, including ocean, river, yacht expedition and air.
The first three modules will launch next week.
These are the Crystal Multi-Brand Experience, giving a comprehensive multi-brand overview, and Crystal Ocean and Crystal River.
"We greatly value our relationships with our travel partners, and appreciate the extensive time and effort they put into growing their business. It makes complete sense that the best way to help them continue to succeed is to properly equip them from the start," Roig added.
