The team at CSI Media, a travel technology specialist based in the UK, are celebrating some fantastic news…

They are finalists in two categories at the RAR (Recommended Digital Agency) Digital Awards 2018 – Software Development and Mobile Usability!

Recent software projects include a B2B Booking System for Abbey Ireland & UK, an Enquiry Management System for Destination Andorra, and a multisite CMS platform for Fred. Holidays.

Mobile Usability on websites is the second category CSI Media have been nominated for – recognised for the excellent user experience delivered by their websites across all the latest mobile and tablet devices. This is particularly poignant in the digital age with recent findings indicating that 20% of users booked their holiday on a mobile device in 2017.

CSI Media received the following scores:

  • Web Design: 8.6/10
  • Web Development: 8.6/10
  • Responsive Design: 8.4/10
  • Client Service: 9.1/10
  • Creativity & Innovation: 8.5/10

Furthermore, CSI Media have been ranked in the top 2.5% of digital agencies across the UK in the latest RAR rankings.

With an expansive online directory of thousands of digital and creative agencies and over 55,000 ratings, the RAR helps companies to choose agencies for their website design, software development and branding projects.

Richard Nash, Business Director at CSI Media commented, "We are proud of all the industry recognition we receive, but the RAR awards are particularly special to us as they’re based purely on feedback from our clients. We are continuously growing and our recent success at the Clutch Awards for Website Design, the RAR nominations, and our Umbraco Gold partnership reflect this growth. We look forward to working on lots of new and exciting projects!
