Ctrip joins hands with Big Bus Tours
Chinese travel giant Ctrip.com has inked a strategic partnership agreement withl open-top sightseeing operator Big Bus Tours.
The partnership allows Ctrip customers to search and book Big Bus Tours tickets direct.
The company provides tours in in 19 cities spanning four continents.
With a combined fleet of more than 400 buses, it operates in citoes such as Hong Kong, London, New York, San Francisco, Paris, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul and Sydney.
"As an exclusive partner of Big Bus Tours, Ctrip allows users to be in better control of transportation services that are reliable and economical," said Zhang Xiaori, director of Ctrip’s Overseas Things To Do (TTD) department.
Initially Ctrip customers have access to bus tours in 13 cities, and the remaining six destinations will be rolled out in the coming months.
Customers can choose from a range of sightseeing routes available and can board the bus with a QR code as a booking confirmation.
