Cunard to accept online bookings

Tuesday, 04 Nov, 2005 0

All four Complete Cruise Solution cruise brands are now bookable online with the addition of Cunard to the combine’s www.agentecho.co.uk website.

Cunard joins sister brands P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises and Ocean Village in making web-based bookings available to agents.

Agents can log on to the Agent E-cho – E-Cruise Holidays Online – site to check prices, availability and make bookings on a real-time basis. All offers and group promotions will accessible and agents will also be able to view their commission. Agents can log on using their existing viewdata passwords.

Complete Cruise Solution head of sales Giles Hawke said: “Today’s pressurised pace of business demands that agents have booking information at their fingertips and don’t have to wait on the end of the phone for hours.

“We are constantly looking for new ways to make things quicker and easier for our travel agent partners and the launch of Cunard on to the online system completes the final piece of the jigsaw. With all brands now on Agent E-cho, Amadeus and viewdata, agents have complete use of automation. ”
