CWT names new U.S. president
Global corporate travel and meetings provider Carlson Wagonlit Travel yesterday named Patrick Andersen as its new president for the Americas, both North and South.
Andersen is currently executive vice president, UK & Ireland, Nordics and Eastern Europe.
A Danish citizen born in the U.S., Andersen will be based in CWT’s U.S. headquarters in Minneapolis.
To make thiings a little confusing, his new boss will be CWT president and CEO Douglas Anderson.
Andersen (see what I mean?) succeeds Håkan Ericsson, who left to become president and CEO of the Danish/Swedish communications and logistics group PostNord.
