Delta enhances codeshare pact with Seaborne Airlines

Monday, 15 Sep, 2016 0
Delta Air Lines and Puerto Rico based Seaborne Airlines have strengthened their existing codeshare partnership.

Delta customers can now book onward travel on a single reservation via Seaborne operated flights between San Juan and St. Croix, Anguilla and Beef Island.

The agreement also includes flights from St. Thomas to St. Croix.

Delta Skymiles members also earn miles on Seaborne flights booked as part of the codeshare.

"The Delta-Seaborne partnership will give our customers more options when traveling to or from the Caribbean, expanding our reach throughout the region and increasing the number of destinations we serve," said Nicolas Ferri, Delta vice president for Latin America and the Caribbean.

"This agreement also provides the benefits of coordinated customer service, such as a single ticket and bag check-in process. We look forward to continuing to grow our partnership and providing our customers with even more convenience and connectivity."

The next phase of expansion for the codeshare pact will likely include Seaborne services to Dominica, Nevis and La Romana in the Dominican Republic.
