Destination Andorra Launch Brand New Website!
CSI Media, with their record in developing travel websites that deliver outstanding user experiences, were approached by Travel Booker to design & develop a website and enquiry management system with content management system (CMS) integration for their brand, Destination Andorra.
Destination Andorra, who organise ski holidays to Andorra, is part of the Travel Booker group, an ABTA member. The team at Destination Andorra comprises of winter holiday experts with specialist knowledge of Andorra.
A modern, travel website design was created which emphasises simplicity – users can easily find holiday packages, ski resorts, blog articles and make an enquiry.
The website is integrated with an Umbraco CMS which gives the team at Travel Booker the ability to easily upload and modify a variety of content including imagery, text and slideshows, thus providing an exciting, immersive experience for users.
Furthermore, CSI Media incorporated a clever piece of functionality to the Google Maps feature – the content team can add customised pointers for key tourist spots.
Finally, the new website is responsive across all the latest devices, an important consideration given that over 66% of users browse the web via mobile phone.
A bespoke enquiry management system was also developed which integrates with the Umbraco CMS and website. The team at Travel Booker can setup custom ski holiday packages and deals in the Umbraco CMS and then publish to the website, where users can enquire. The system automatically forwards enquiries to the team at Travel Booker via email, who can then respond accordingly.
Steve Hull, Managing Director of Travel Booker commented; "We’re really pleased with the design. It’s simple and easy to navigate, and allows us really sell our holidays to our customers. The CMS is easy to learn too, so great for getting our team to add new content."
