Direct Travel snaps up New England agency Hurley Travel Experts
Corporate travel management firm Direct Travel has made its third acquisition this year with the purchase Hurley Travel Experts of Portland, Maine.
The deal also includes Hurley’s Naples, Florida office and comes just months after Direct Travel took over Baltimore based Travel Destinations Management Group.
Hurley Travel Experts was founded in 1993 by Pamela Hurley-Moser and generates revenue of around $60 million annually.
Hurley Travel focuses on corporate, incentive and group travel, and leisure travel services.
"This acquisition is yet another exciting step forward," said Direct Travel CEO Ed Adams.
"It demonstrates our sheer determination to drive our expansion efforts through strong, strategic acquisitions."
