Dolphin Dynamics achieves sales milestone with entry into 25th international market
Dolphin Dynamics has forecast continued expansion of its overseas customer base following Dolphin’s deployment in a 25th international market.
Sports travel specialist Fone Travel in Slovakia has become the latest international customer to deploy Dolphin’s booking management (mid/back-office module). The Bratislava based travel company will use Dolphin to manage its sports-related program, including group travel to Formula 1 Grand Prix events and Premiership football matches.
Dolphin Dynamics already has a significant international presence. Recent international sales activity for the London-based travel technology supplier has included Profil Rejser, a leading Danish tour operator and an international deployment of Dolphin with STA Travel – currently extended to 2,000+ users at STA offices worldwide.
Commenting, Roberto Da Re, President at Dolphin Dynamics said, “It is fantastic to achieve this milestone in the 15th anniversary since the launch of Dolphin. The U.K. remains, by some way, our largest individual market and of course is still a key focus for us – as we have new products, for example in the tour operator sector, which are growing rapidly in our home market. However, the adaptability of our software is now proven by how successfully it has been introduced across Europe, North America, The Middle East, Australasia and beyond.”
Further expansion overseas remains a core strategic objective for Dolphin Dynamics. To support this strategy the company has invested in participating at both ITB in Berlin and TUR in Gothenburg in recent months in order to proactively promote Dolphin in overseas markets – with further expansion within Scandinavia being a key objective during 2010.
