Double down on Bellagio barbecue class
Amateur cooks are invited to don their chef’s aprons at the Bellagio in Las Vegas next month, and join executive chef Edmund Wong for a barbecue cooking lesson in the Tuscany Kitchen.
Students in the May 29 class will get individual workstations prepped with the ingredients and tools they will need to create a three-course, barbecue-themed meal, and members of Wong’s team will walk around and provide any hands-on assistance they need.
At the end of the evening, they will get to eat their creations, drink some wine, and take home souvenir aprons and menu cards.
The evening costs $95 per person, including the meal and wine.
Other classes on the Bellagio’s 2013 schedule are "Winner Winner…Chicken Dinner" on Aug. 28 and "THANKSgiving" on Nov. 6.
Tickets are available online or through the Bellagio concierge desk at (866) 406-7117.
