Dozens of tourists detained in Bangkok drugs bust

Over 200 tourists were detained in a major police raid of an illegal karaoke bar complex in Bangkok.
Most are Chinese nationals and over 100 tested positive for drugs
A large amount of narcotics were seized as well as 30 luxury cars, police said.
There was also evidence of illegal gambling on site.
The premises operated about 20 karaoke rooms and is owned by a Chinese national
