ETM Travel’s Virtuoso performance
LAS VEGAS – Luxury travel network Virtuoso announced its best-performing travel consultants, including Australian specialist ETM Travel Melbourne, during its 21st annual Travel Mart conference at the Bellagio Hotel, Las Vegas.
Winners were selected based on sales performance over a 12-month period and peer-to-peer assessment within the network.
ETM Travel Melbourne received recognition for Top Virtuoso Production – Australia/ New Zealand Division. Other regional Virtuoso finalists were Mary Rossi Travel, Travel Phase, Travelcall and Wentworth Travel.
During the conference, Virtuoso also celebrated the winners of the annual Best of the Best Awards, voted for by Virtuoso members.

Best Hotel Bar: MO Bar at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, China
Best Design: SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills, California
Best Hotel Dining: Rossellini’s at Palazzo Sasso, Ravelo, Italy
Most Innovative Guest Experience: Six Senses Hideaway Zighy Bay, Musandam Peninsula, Oman
Best Spa: Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora, French Polynesia
Most Socially Responsible: Fairmont Hotels & Resorts
Best Family Program: Half Moon, Montego Bay, Jamaica
Hotelier of the Year: Karambir Singh Kang, GM The Taj Mahal Palace & Tower, Mumbai, India
One To Watch: John Reed, GM, Amankora, Bhutan
